Salam de Biscuiți (Chocolate and Biscuit Salami)

This is an Italian / Portuguese dessert and is something my grandma always used to make for us (mostly on Sundays).

This chocolate salami may have originated in Romania during the 1970’s in the communist era. The appellation “salami” stems from physical resemblance; this is *not* a meat product! This recipe is easy to make and loved by everyone. I hope you give it a try! 😉
