Margarita Cheesecake (No-Bake)

Who doesn’t love a good cheesecake?

I made this cake for my husband's birthday, and he is very picky when it comes to desserts. He likes his sweets to be more on the tart side, and less sweet if possible.

In Romania, most desserts are very sweet, and are filled with some type of rich custard / jam / buttercream. That’s what I like, but I’m open to learning new recipes.

This no-bake cheesecake is the perfect dessert for someone who has similar preferences to my husband’s. It’s simple to make, and tastes like an amazing margarita on a plate without the alcohol!
