Who doesn’t love Deviled Eggs? You can dress them up or down. An Easter classic elevated with tartar sauce.


Deviled Eggs is another recipe that takes us back to Ancient Rome; the recipe originated in Italy. This dish is very popular everywhere in Europe and North America. Everyone has a different recipe for hard-boiled eggs but the one I am presenting today takes me back home whenever I make it. We only make them for special occasions in Romania, and it was an appetizer that couldn’t be missing from the table. My mom makes it in a bath of delicious tartar sauce, and I wanted to continue the family tradition. I like to see how each country makes it a little differently, and I tried a few that I loved, but nothing can measure up to a dish that my mom used to make with love.
