The exact origin of this dish is unknown, but I am sure it is safe to say that this dish is authentic Mexican and comes from Puebla state. This dish is something that is traditionally made during Christmas and New Years, but can be enjoyed all year long.


Espagueti Verde is a creamy and savory dish that will make you beg for seconds. This Mexican recipe is great for any day of the week and goes perfectly with some chicken parmesan.
