Baked Goat Cheese Dip

Updated: Aug 17, 2021

Who can resist a creamy, cheesy, tangy dip?

Baked Goat Cheese Dip sounded like the perfect idea as a quick snack the other night, since we didn’t really want a big dinner. It was easy to make, and was done in no time. Sometimes when I have goat cheese in the house I don’t end up finishing it all and it goes to waste. I didn’t want that to happen this time, so I started searching for new ideas and this dip was where I landed.

If you don’t like the fresh garlic, you could roast some garlic in the oven (roasted garlic is amazing), or not use any garlic at all. Adding fresh herbs can work as well depending on your preference. You can prepare this dip ahead of time and just pop it in the oven and serve your guests a warm dip that pairs perfectly with a glass of wine or a beer.
