I love potatoes and I am excited to share this recipe with everyone. Everyone has their own version of au gratin or scalloped potatoes. I think I had them for the first time 15 years ago in the United States made by one of my aunts. It was the perfect easy side dish to impress everyone at every occasion. I’ve been playing around with her recipes for years and I can finally say that this is my take on au gratin potatoes. This recipe celebrates the potatoes and they are the star of this dish. Enjoy! ♥️
